Sandra Bond is the owner and a nurse practitioner of Valley Medical. With a diverse clinical background in primary care, psychiatry, hormone replacement therapy, and oncology. Sandra brings a comprehensive and compassionate approach to patient care. She is deeply committed to spending meaningful time with each patient, ensuring personalized, thoughtful treatment that addresses both physical and emotional well-being.

Sandra founded Valley Medical in 2022 with a vision of creating a practice centered on accessibility, trust, and high-quality care. Due to the practice’s growth and strong patient relationships, she later expanded Valley Medical to additional locations, continuing her mission of serving the community with excellence.

Outside of the clinic, Sandra enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and granddaughter. She is passionate about hiking, traveling, and caring for her farm, activities that help her stay grounded and connected to the values she brings into her practice.

Sandra is currently accepting new patients and looks forward to partnering with individuals and families on their healthcare journey.
Monica Prater, FNP-C
Nurse Practitioner

​Monica is a long time Campbell County resident. She is a dedicated nurse practitioner with a strong and well-rounded clinical background. She has 15 years of experience working in the operating room and also gained valuable experience in the intensive care unit, where she developed a high level of clinical skill, adaptability, and attention to detail.
Monica earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Roane State Community College, her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from East Tennessee State University, and her Master of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University. She later expanded her career into mobile primary care, where she developed a passion for treating chronic conditions and providing accessible, patient-centered care.
She specializes in caring for patients ages 12 and older, with a focus on managing chronic health conditions through personalized treatment plans and long-term provider-patient relationships.
Outside of work, Monica enjoys spending time with her husband and two children on their farm. She loves reading and being outdoors, finding balance and fulfillment in both family life and nature.
